This Help Topic discusses our policies of Banning/Freezing accounts.
How can I tell if my account is frozen ?
You should have recieved an eMail from us stating that your account has been frozen and stating the reason why. When you try to login to that account, it won't let you.
How do you freeze members ?
We freeze members in one of three ways :
Lite-Freeze - This method of freezing is used when someone spams, swears, or has inappropiate content on the site. If an account is Lite-Frozen, it could be un-frozen if we see reason to.
Deep-Freeze - Deep-Freeze can be used for any other purpose besides any listed on the Lite-Freeze. Posting about another Virtual Petsite, for instance. Deep-Frozen accounts cannot be un-frozen, as all account is cleared and set to '0'.
IP-Banning - IP-Banning is the highest method of freezing. Your Internet Protocol Address is banned, and perhaps never un-banned. This happens only on a rare occasion, if you really tick one of the staff off. That means if you get onto the bad side of one of the staff, you and everyone on the same Internet Provider in your area are banned. No questions asked.
